Chapter 1: Labor’s Values This section outlines Labor's core values and distinctive approach to government.
Chapter 2: Education & Early Childhood Development Labor's plans to continue to improve education in the state in order to provide every student in every school the chance to reach their full potential.
Chapter 3: Making Victorians Healthier Labor's plans to provide access for all Victorians to high quality hospital and community health services where and when they need them.
Chapter 4: Creating Jobs and Economic Opportunity Labor's plans to boost productivity and create jobs in order to ensure Victoria remains open and competitive.
Chapter 5: A Fairer & Safer Workplace Labor's plans to protect the fair go for all Victorians, through supporting the abolition of WorkChoices, protecting your rights at work, and fighting for equal opportunity for all Victorians.
Chapter 6: A Fairer Victoria Labor believes in giving a helping hand to those who need it, regardless of who they are or where they come from. This section details how we will continue to do that.
Chapter 7: Promoting Respect Labor believes Victoria is a better place to be when we respect ourselves, those around us and the community. Here’s what we will do to help encourage that respect.
Chapter 8: Building Stronger Neigbourhoods and Communities Labor's plans to build strong communities that provide a network of support and generate opportunities.
Chapter 9: Environment Labor's plans to ensure the liveability of Victoria for future generations.
Chapter 10: Our Natural Resources
Labor's plans to sustain and protect our natural resources and the jobs they support.
Chapter 11: Transport Labor's plans to provide an integrated, environmentally friendly and properly planned transport system that meets the needs of the travelling public.
Chapter 12: Justice Labor's plans to strengthen justice and democracy in Victoria and to make our community safer.
Chapter 13: Democracy Labor's plans to strengthen democracy in Victoria and to make our community safer.
