The Victorian Branch of the Australian Labor Party believes in giving every member the opportunity to have a say and a chance to make a difference. Members have the opportunity to join either the central branch or a local branch. Members of the ALP Victoria Branch form branches in local communities throughout Victoria. Local branches play an important part in the decision making processes of the Victorian ALP. Members also take part in a number of committees that determine the policy the Victorian ALP will pursue.
